NZ-China trade boost through 24 key partnerships
Minister for Trade and Agriculture, Hon Todd McClay, announced that 24 agreements between New Zealand and Chinese companies were signed during a trade mission to China. These deals are expected to generate $340 million in export revenue over the next three years, boost the economy, and help reach the goal of doubling export value in the next decade.
The agreements cover sectors like food, technology, and healthcare, showing New Zealand’s diverse offerings and China’s interest in Kiwi expertise. This highlights the Government’s dedication to fostering innovation, trade, and shared prosperity.
